Ephrem is Founder, Chief Product Evangelist, and Principal Consultant at WholeTEAM Consulting Group, LLC. He is also WholeTEAM Consulting Group's present President and CEO. By profession, he is an IT business analyst, an IT professional specializing in requirements. He helps organizations and teams make great products, products that meet business needs well. He is the maker of WholeTEAM. Since 2006 Ephrem has provided requirements support to various private and public sector clients on IT modernization and digital transformation projects while working at many consulting and technology services companies and currently continues to do so. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota where he graduated with honors in 1992.
